Though the modern world would think that etiquette was dead in the Victorian times, it is not so. Many aspects of etiquette are still prevalent and in use, only we do not stress on these. Like every aspect in life has an etiquette attached to it, job interviews has a set of etiquette which may be a deciding factor if the employer has to decide between equals. Proper Job Interviewing Etiquette
The following are some points on job interview etiquette to consider:
Arrive Early
Nothing is as irritating to an interviewer as waiting for the prospective interviewee. Make sure that you arrive at the interview site at least ten minutes prior to the actual interview. This is not only a matter of basic etiquette, but also something that would reflect on your professionalism. Arrival

Keep in mind, though, that external factors — like illness or a stressful deadline — could prevent your interviewer from being truly attentive. Whatever the reason, it's on you to continue to provide thoughtful answers to each interview question. 3. You only get asked the easy questions
Don't breathe a sigh of relief if you're only faced with easy questions about your work experience. So many people dread interviews because of tough questions that require you really to think — and think quickly. But if an interviewer is truly interested in you, they will pitch you the hard questions to try to learn more about you. These tough questions are a trial for some of the most difficult situations on the job you're hoping to get. 4. They don't try to sell you on the company or position
If a company likes what you have to offer and is truly interested in adding you to their roster, the interviewer will spend time during the interview trying to sell their company to you. As much as you might want a job offer, the company wants to be sure the chosen candidate will accept that offer.
People in an organization love young employees or job seekers in the interview to be proactive on issues. The positive mindset or attitude of candidates creates a favorable image that helps to sustain in job life. (h) Tech-savvy Today, the job or business can't sustain a minute without technology. Sometimes the older employees will expect the junior employees to teach them the upgraded versions of existing software or to introduce a new application. The use of such an application today saves huge money. So the job seekers are advised to be aware of the software run in the organizations that they are interested to apply in. (i) Versatility Sometimes, the work is so erratic that a finance person has to work as a graphics designer or a marketing fellow needs to work as an accountant in absence of designated employees in the office for a short period of time, it might be for a short time still, can't be avoided. So, being able to perform more than one core activity is a good quality for jobs today.

Overall, most of the new jobs will be in Auckland and the Waikato in the North Island. In the South Island, Marlborough, Tasman and the West Coast will do relatively well. A fast-growing business services sector will need highly skilled workers, particularly in urban regions like Auckland and Wellington. Construction and utilities employers will be seeking professionals, technicians and trade workers, and labourers across the country but particularly in Auckland. The public services sector (which provides jobs in public administration and safety; health care/social assistance; and education/training) will create a lot of new vacancies - a quarter of the total expected up to 2020.
